What is FOB and CIF? ▾
FOB (Free On Board) is the vehicle price at the port of departure. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) includes the vehicle, insurance, and shipping to your destination port.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept bank wire transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and regional payment methods like M-Pesa.
How do I upload proof of payment? ▾
After making payment, log into your account, go to the order, and click "Upload Proof of Payment". Our finance team will verify within 24-48 hours.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? ▾
Shipping times vary by destination. Typically 20-45 days depending on the route and method (RORO or container).
Can I track my shipment? ▾
Yes! Every order includes real-time shipment tracking through your customer dashboard. You will receive notifications at every stage.

What documents will I receive? ▾
You will receive a proforma invoice, commercial invoice, bill of lading, export certificate, inspection certificate, and insurance certificate (if applicable).
