Step 1- How do I find a vehicle? On our web page, you can easily navigate and find the vehicle that you are looking for through searching by the model, maker and etc   Step 2 – Make Payment Once you choose a vehicle that you want to buy from our online vehicle inventory, send us a purchase request through an online order sheet below of each product and our sales staff will contact you with a proforma invoice.   Step 3 – Request Shipping Quote Select your vehicle from Inventory. The process takes only few click on either, once we received your car request, our shipping department or our sales team member will reply to your request within 24-48 hours or sooner with information and quote once we know your port of destination   Step 4 – Closing Sale You will be contacted by our sales department in case we need more document from you once the payment has been received, we will send you copy of title certificate while we are processing shipping (lien) then later once the ship departs, all the export prepares and documents, Original Bills of Sale and Original Title, will be mailed to you.   Step 5 – International Shipping Once your car delivered to our loading facility in any port in the USA, we will send you departure information and estimated arrival dates, for your information most cars from the USA shipped inside standard 40′ High Cube containers, we drain gas, disconnect batteries then a car is being loaded inside the 20’, 40’ HC or 45’ HC container straight or on the custom-made wooden platform.   Mostly Cars from the USA we recommend shipping them Roll-on Roll-off. HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR VEHICLE

BANK WIRE TRANSFER Customers can send payments directly via wire transfer from their bank to US Auto Export bank and email the receipt of payment for acknowledgement and file copy, account information will be sent to you on the proforma invoice and confirmation on your phone to match to correct information before wiring the payment. Telegraphic Transfer (Bank remittance) - This is the preferred method of payment, and it is the quickest, safest way of your payment. It normally takes approximately 2-5 days to receive and process your payment. As soon as you have done your payment, please fax or email us a copy of your invoice and the bank receipt as a confirmation of your payment   Do You Accept Credit Cards? No, we do not accept any Credit cards.   Do you deal with foreign currencies? Yes, but only American dollars is preferred payment, you can ask your bank to exchange your local currency and wire the payment in equivalent to the vehicle price.   Do you accept Bank Checks? No, we do not, unless you are a USA resident and check being paid from local USA bank. The vehicle with be released to the port once the check has been cleared from our bank and payment are completed.   Price displayed on the website, are they FOB or CIF? The prices are FOB (free on board)   Do you accept Letter of Credit payment? No, we do not accept any letter of credit payments.   How do I have your bank account details? Bank Account information will be sent to you on the proforma invoice and confirmation text on your phone, you must match the account in both documents to avoid fraud.
