1. Wire Transfer

The easiest and most secure way to pay across international boundaries is by wire transfer. Please consult with your bank for their specific requirements to start a wire transfer Transferring funds from your bank account to a US Auto Export account is one of the best ways to make payments. This is the method we recommend for all our international customers, which is convenient and secure. Check with your bank for their specific requirements. To pay by wire transfer, once the Payments due are completed by Wire Transfer, you can send us an e-mail with a receipt copy. If your payment is not applied within 72 to 96 hours internationally, please email the Wire Transfer Notification PDF to [email protected]
Telegraphic Transfer (Bank remittance) - This is the preferred method of payment, and it is the quickest, safest way of your payment. It normally takes approximately 2-5 days to receive and process your payment. As soon as you have done your payment, please fax or email us a copy of your invoice and the bank receipt as a confirmation of your payment.

2. Western Union

Buyers can make payments at any local Western Union location. Take your personal ID with you and your Invoice and tell them you want to pay US Auto Export electronically. You can pay using any method Western Union accepts and use your preferred currency. Be sure to send us a paper receipt copy in PDF or WhatsApp

3. Credit Card US

Auto Export accepts most credit cards in our online payment portal. When paying with a credit card online, please remember the following requirements:

The payer must be the primary account holder for online transactions. The card must match the name of the account holder. Purchases are limited to around USD 15,000 per day. If you are buying more, you will need to use another form of payment. Customers can also use corporate credit cards if you have someone to make payments for you who is a US legal resident and have authorization from the buyer, but please remember card payments CAN NOT be made over the phone.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR VEHICLE BANK WIRE TRANSFER

  • Credit card: US Auto Export accepts most credit cards in their online payment portal. Buyers must be the primary account holder and the card must match their name. Purchases are limited to around USD 15,000 per day.

US Auto Export does not accept bank checks from international buyers, unless they are a USA legal resident and issuing a cashier check from a US bank only. They also do not accept letters of credit payments.

The prices displayed on the US Auto Export website are FOB (free on board). This means that the seller relinquishes ownership of the vehicle and the buyer accepts ownership at the port of shipment. US Auto Export does not offer CIF (cost, insurance, and freight) shipping.

To pay for a vehicle, buyers can follow these steps:

  1. Request a proforma invoice from US Auto Export. This invoice will include the vehicle price, shipping costs, and other fees.
  2. Choose a payment method and make the payment.
  3. Send US Auto Export a copy of the payment receipt.
  4. Once US Auto Export has received the payment, they will begin the shipping process.

International buyers should note that all payments may be subject to surcharges and lengthy wait times, depending on their bank.
