How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. Typically 2-6 weeks for African ports, 3-4 weeks for Europe, and 4-8 weeks for Asia/Oceania.

Do you ship to landlocked countries?

Yes! We can ship to a regional port and arrange inland transport. For example, we regularly ship to Kampala, Uganda via Mombasa, Kenya with truck transport.

What is included in the shipping cost?

Shipping costs include ocean freight, port handling fees, Bill of Lading documentation, and export customs clearance. They do NOT include import duties, taxes, or destination port charges.

What documents do I need?

We handle all export documentation including Bill of Lading, Export Declaration, and Certificate of Origin. You'll need valid ID and proof of payment.

Do you provide vehicle history reports?

Yes, we can provide Carfax or AutoCheck reports for most vehicles upon request. These reports show accident history, title status, and service records.

Can I inspect the vehicle?

Yes, vehicles can be inspected at our Lansing facility by appointment. We also offer third-party inspection services for remote buyers.

How do I know the vehicle condition is accurate?

We provide detailed photos, videos, and comprehensive condition reports. We also partner with third-party inspection services for independent verification.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and various regional payment methods including M-Pesa for African customers.

Do you offer financing?

Currently we do not offer direct financing, but we can work with buyers who have arranged financing through their local banks.

What is your refund policy?

If a vehicle is not as described, we offer a full refund before shipping. Once shipped, all sales are final. We recommend third-party inspection.
